Class #1 : Herbal Remedies for the Home Pharmacy


This intensive class will focus on basic, proven herbal remedies for various ailments, including head and chest congestions, sore throats, influenza and other viral and bacterial infections.

We will also discuss natural paths to healing and strengthening of the immune system using herbs, essential oils, wildcrafted local plants & healing foods.

Each attendee will

* prepare an herbal tonic designed to strengthen the lymphatic, respiratory and digestive systems while cleansing the blood

* learn how to prepare an herbal tincture (you will make 2 kinds and take them home for your own use)

* create two medicinal herbal teas to take home
