Although a bit late, I thought I'd add a few pictures of the wonderful Easter we spent at our lovely Old Donation Episcopal Church, which was established in 1639. The children collected eggs from around the graveyard (!!!!) ????? Here Gwynneth is seen near the grave of a revolutionary soldier and some other honored residents.
I dressed everyone for the event, but was unable to attend as our Nubian Louisa gave birth to her two little doe kids early that morning. (see "Breeding Season" posting)
I've also added a picture of the carrot cheesecake that Ainslie made -complete with marzipan bunny and carrots w/ parsley tops! (parsley courtesy of Aidan's window box garden)
Also pictured are our own eggs we blew and decoupaged this year. Even today, they are still on display (minus the vintage Easter card) as I cannot bear to put them away........
