What a wonderful day this was.
Our own lettuces, herbs and vegetables.
Our own goat cheese and breads.
Beautiful wool roving and yarns from our very own flock.
Friends gathered to expiriment with dyeing and spinning.
Next time we will do all the work ourselves from start to finish.
Removing the hay and twigs, washing, carding and spinning.
Truly sustainable. Truly restorative. Truly lovely.
