A Midsummer Night's Dream

We are very proud to have yet another thespian blossom in our midst.

Beatrice Rose made her Shakespearian acting debut in Hampton Road's Summer Shakes production of a Midsummer Night's Dream. She employed her fantastically authentic Scottish brogue and played both the part of Peter Quince as well as that of the fairies Peaseblossom and Mustardseed.

Each night has had a full house and we roared with laughter along with other attendees on opening night.

The show continues through August 29th when our Mimi will come home from her senior year at college and take on the role of Tatania!

Showtimes are Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 2pm through August 29th at the Francis Land House. Seating is first come, first served.

A great article appeared in the Pilot. Here's the link!
